Admin Expectations

• Log in daily to check the Admin Page, including:
• League logs
• Unactivated users
• Admin log
• Other assigned admin duties
• DO NOT edit your own account — contact Mitch about discrepancies.
• Admins caught inflating numbers will be dealt with immediately.
• Hang out in lobbies even if not playing to engage with members.
• Review your admin bio for accuracy — updated versions are available.

• Support other hosts' tournaments by participating or assisting.
• Ensure all games receive support.
• Admins will have 2–4 hosting slots to allow time for admin duties.

• Stay active on Facebook Messenger and Trill.
• Avoid "no call, no show" situations.
• Plan ahead for coverage — only use host coverage chat for coverage-related questions.

• Help hosts secure jumpers.
• Recruit friends and grow the league.
• Mass tour members in chat and Trill to encourage participation.
• Maintain positive relationships and flexibility.
• Help long-term hosts get coverage when needed.

• If a game is short on jumpers, prioritize supporting it.
• Even if not playing or hosting, be in lobbies and chat with members.

• Know how to fix tournament mistakes to avoid Cases Arcade issues.
• Contact Hippiegirl830 (Natasha) for help with tours, blues, or profile issues.

• Admin roles are more than just hosting.
• Hosting alone is a TD/HTD duty.
• Familiarize yourself with rules to confidently answer questions — if unsure, ask privately.

• Being active in other leagues creates a conflict of interest and is not allowed.

As a leader in Misfits, share a little about yourself so members better understand who you are and your role.

• If your role changes, you will typically stay in that role for a minimum of one month.
• If you leave and return to Misfits, you will restart as an HTD and work your way up again.

• Take screenshots of lobby or messenger conflicts — evidence helps resolve issues properly.
• Coverage call-outs are tracked — try to arrange swaps before using the coverage chat.
• Continue supporting all our games and encourage participation across the board.
