Head Admin: Mitch

I have been a member since I created Misfits in September of 2019. Originally known as Pool Dreams, we were the biggest league on GameDesire (a Pool site). Over time, we added Rummy, then more games, which led us to Cases Arcade. Realizing running leagues on two gaming sites was difficult, we fully transitioned to Cases.

We later rebranded from Pool Dreams to Misfits after a member vote. The top two name choices were Extreme Gamers and Misfits. While many admins leaned toward Extreme Gamers (flattering!), I believed Misfits better captured our unique, rebellious, and fun spirit. I cast the deciding vote, and the rest is history. Misfits quickly rose to dominate Cases Arcade.

I’ve been playing on MyLeague since 2001, starting with Yahoo Pool at age 14. The day after graduating high school on May 28, 2005, I created my first league: Extreme Cues, which I ran on and off for 13 years.

As the Head Admin, I’m online every day from 6am to 11pm via my phone, keeping a close watch on lobbies, helping hosts, members, and fellow admins. I make sure Misfits runs smoothly, bringing in new players through social media, Cases Arcade tools, guestbooks, and personalized messaging.

What sets me apart is my creative approach—using videos and gifs to encourage interaction and participation. Every day, I’m working to make Misfits a better, more connected, and more exciting place to game.
